TLC’s Children

As a special feature as part of our last week at TLC, we thought we’d bust out the Canon 450D and take some nice portraits of the children.

So far on the blog we’ve shown mainly the Tigers and younger children.

Below are all of Thea’s, Pippa’s and Joanna’s children living at TLC. These are the guys we work with on a daily basis giving them lifts, doing homework with them, homeschooling some of them, playing with them, offering technical support, loving and hugging them and for the younger ones bathing, feeding, playing and putting them to bed.

We’ll miss every one of them. Each has their unique personality. Although they can all be naughty, cheeky and frustrating at times, they are just normal kids who are very loving, kind and generous especially when you consider the stories that some of them have before being adopted.

    Dear Christian and Heidi,

Words can never describe how much you have meant to us in these past three months. Without any doubt, you two have been our all-time, most incredible star volunteers, second to none. You have really captured the spirit of volunteerism … and much, much more. You have left your indelible thumb-prints here at TLC. You remain forever and ever a part of our inner circle; special, honourary members of our family.

God bless you and and cover you always with his mantle of love and protection.

    All my love,
    ALWAYS,
    THEA

Thea and her family are blessed to have had you as volunteers. Their work could never be done without the wonderful young, and not so young, people that believe in a life of service to the most vulnerable members of our society.
